Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and client evaluations
• Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions
• Develop personalized treatment and therapy plans
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, psychotherapy, and counseling
• Monitor client progress and maintain detailed clinical records
• Offer emotional support, stress management, and coping strategies
• Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, and healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical clinical practices
• Educate clients and families regarding mental health and wellness
• Handle crisis intervention and provide appropriate referrals when necessary
• Participate in case discussions, meetings, and ongoing professional development

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Psychology, or related field
• Relevant certification/license to practice (if applicable as per regulations)
• Minimum [X] years of experience preferred
• Freshers with internship experience may also apply

• Multilingual communication skills are an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
