About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Therapist to join our residential mental health treatment team. This position is ideal for a clinician who has experience working with individuals experiencing acute and complex psychiatric conditions in a residential or higher level of care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to residential clients
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, clinical documentation, and discharge planning
• Support clients experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms and complex mental health needs
• Collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, case management, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team
• Participate in clinical meetings and ensure documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Fully licensed or associate licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply
• Experience in a residential mental health, psychiatric, or similar higher level of care setting strongly preferred
• Experience working with the acute psychiatric population
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team

Pay range and compensation package

$65,000 - $80,000
