Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan for patients
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues and promote emotional well-being
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic treatment
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Therapist or similar role
• Proficiency in addiction counseling, direct support, working with people with autism, and behavioral health
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation methods and medical terminology
• Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Proven ability to provide effective psychotherapy and group therapy sessions

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Therapist or Counselor
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
