Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic treatments with accuracy and care
• Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, and post-treatment care to maximize results
• Provide outstanding customer service by listening attentively to client needs and addressing questions confidently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards
• Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client progress, and product recommendations
• Support team efforts by participating in promotional events and client consultations to boost client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Proven experience or training in skincare treatments
• Minimum NVQ level 3 in skin and beauty
• Know how to perform Facials and knowledge of Chemical skin peels and Hydrafacial.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
• Excellent communication skills to explain procedures and build rapport with diverse clients
• Ability to stand for extended periods during treatments and maintain focus on detail-oriented tasks
• A passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful through professional skincare services
• Basic understanding of laser safety protocols and equipment operation (training provided if necessary)
• Must be energetic, motivated, and eager to learn new techniques in aesthetic treatments

Pay: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
