Therapist – LPC/LMFT/LCSW

Mindful Solutions Counseling is seeking a fully licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW for a full-time, in-office position with a four-day workweek.

We handle client scheduling and billing so you can focus on providing quality care. Full-time clinicians receive their own fully furnished office, supplies, and computer.

Position expectations:

Maintain 32 available appointment slots per week.

See 28 clients per week.

Work in person four days per week (Ideally Monday throughThursday).

Weekend availability is welcome but not required.

Mindful Solutions Counseling was founded in 2018 in Fort Worth, TX. Mindful Solutions Counseling strives to help individuals and couples find positive solutions and move forward using the Solution Focused approach, as well as other therapeutic techniques. Solution Focused Therapy is a hope friendly, future-oriented modality for formulating, motivating, achieving, and sustaining desired behavioral change.

The therapists at Mindful Solutions Counseling aim to help each client discover and achieve their goals in a professional and confidential setting.

Candidates:

• Commitment to a minimum of 28 client sessions per week, with a bonus for seeing 30 or more clients a week.
• Ability to work with individuals, couples, and families.
• A team player who values collaboration and professional growth.
• Aspiration to grow into leadership roles.
• Self-motivation to complete notes within 24 hours.
• Quality character traits, including moral principles, trustworthiness, honesty, respectfulness, adaptability, accountability, and commitment.
