Role Description As a Therapist at Growth Hive, you will provide counseling and therapeutic support to individuals and groups, focusing on emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Nawabshah, with a mix of on-site sessions and some work-from-home responsibilities such as documentation and tele-counseling. Key tasks include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate, confidential client records. You will collaborate with other practitioners, participate in case discussions, and contribute to workshops or psychoeducational programs. Although this is an unpaid position, it offers valuable experience, supervision opportunities where available, and the chance to positively impact the community.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide individual and group counseling using evidence-informed therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, person-centered, solution-focused).
• Strong skills in active listening, empathy, and building trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Capacity to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document sessions clearly and ethically.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with colleagues and participating in case reviews.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professional boundaries, and adherence to relevant ethical guidelines and local regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; current trainees or recent graduates may be considered.
• Comfort with hybrid work, including in-person sessions in Nawabshah and remote tasks such as telehealth sessions and reporting.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning, supervision, and professional development related to mental health and therapeutic practice.
