Location: East (Simei / Bedok)
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Alternate Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Therapy Associates to support therapists in delivering quality rehabilitation services to patients across inpatient wards and outpatient units. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care, particularly in supporting the elderly, and are keen to develop their skills in a healthcare rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in implementing prescribed exercise programmes, group therapy sessions, and rehabilitation activities.
• Monitor patients’ progress and provide timely feedback to therapists.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support quality patient care.
• Ensure adequate service coverage across assigned wards and outpatient units.
• Maintain, manage, and monitor therapy equipment, including reporting damages, loss, and repair requirements.
• Ensure therapy areas are clean, organised, and maintained in a safe and supportive condition.
• Perform administrative duties, including billing, inventory management, statistics tracking, filing, and replenishment of forms and handouts.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute feedback towards process and operational improvements.
• Attend training, supervision, and mentoring programmes to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
• Support the onboarding and development of new therapy assistants where required.
