Therapy Support Associate/ Therapy Assistant

You will assist physiotherapists in preparing patients for treatment, including helping patients move as needed and conducting simple exercise therapy and rehabilitation. You will also help with inventory control, maintenance of physiotherapy equipment and general administrative duties.

Requirements

·       Diploma from a relevant discipline from a Polytechnic in Singapore/College of Allied Health Advanced Diploma in Therapy Support/Physiotherapy qualifications from non-traditional source (Therapy Support Associate)

·       GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level /WSQ Cert in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support)

·       Prior experience in a similar position or healthcare setting will be an advantage

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Documented proof of:

(i)                MMR - Mumps, Measles and Rubella vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity; and

(ii)              Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) vaccination received within the last 10 years, as required for all healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act.
