• Develop and simulate automotive thermal and HVAC systems.
• Build cooling circuits for ICE, HEV, and BEV applications
• Perform battery, electric motor, inverter, and power electronics thermal simulations
• Model cabin HVAC performance, energy consumption, and thermal comfort
• Heat dissipation calculations
• Control logic implementation in vehicle
• Optimize cooling systems (pump/valve strategies, radiator capacity)
• Analyze test data and correlate simulations (software and hardware in loop support)
• Support thermal and drive testing and measurement and validation and analysis of test data with simulation tools
• High voltage and low voltage system thermal analysis
• Collaborate with design, testing, and controls teams in a global environment
