Thermal Engineer (Data Center)

About the role

We're looking for a Thermal Engineer to support the enterprise Data Center industry. The role is based in Cikarang, West Java.

Key responsibilities

• Support data center infrastructure systems, including power distribution, cooling systems, and network cabling
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and vendors
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents
• Manage data center systems installation, commissioning HVAC, CRAH & FWU
• Use engineering and documentation tools such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools
• Solve technical issues during project execution
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Manage project activities according to timelines and safety standards

About you

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Thermal/HVAC Engineer, preferably in Data Center, construction, or critical infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure systems, including power distribution, cooling systems, and network cabling
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and vendors
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents
• Familiar with data center systems, installation, commissioning HVAC, CRAH & FWU
• Proficient in engineering and documentation tools such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical issues during project execution
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Able to work on-site and manage project activities according to timelines and safety standards
