Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and validate thermal management systems for electric vehicle platforms
• Conduct thermal modeling and simulation to optimize battery, motor, and power electronics cooling
• Perform thermal performance testing, data analysis, and root cause investigations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers on EV thermal integration
• Support development of battery thermal management systems (BTMS) including liquid cooling and heat pump strategies
• Drive design improvements through CFD analysis, bench testing, and vehicle-level validation
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and customer stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in thermal engineering within the automotive or EV industry
• Proficiency in thermal simulation tools such as ANSYS, STAR-CCM+, or equivalent CFD software
• Hands-on experience with battery thermal management, HVAC, or powertrain cooling systems
• Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics principles
• Experience with vehicle-level testing and data acquisition systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and collaborative mindset
