我們正在尋找具備豐富實務經驗的 資深熱流工程師（Senior Thermal Engineer） ，負責智慧型裝置產品的熱流設計與散熱解決方案開發。

此職位將深度參與產品開發流程，從 RFP/RFQ 階段的散熱方案規劃、熱模擬分析，到設計驗證與問題解決 ，並與機構、電子及其他跨功能團隊密切合作，在散熱效能、產品設計、可靠度與成本之間取得最佳平衡。

We are looking for an experienced Senior Thermal Engineer to drive thermal solution development for next-generation smart devices.

In this role, you will be involved throughout the product development cycle—from RFP/RFQ thermal solution planning and simulation to design validation and issue resolution . You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to develop optimized cooling solutions that balance thermal performance, product design, reliability, and cost .

【主要職責｜Key Responsibilities】

1. 負責智慧型裝置產品之主動式（Active Cooling）與被動式（Passive Cooling）散熱方案設計與優化。
2. 參與 RFP/RFQ 階段的 Thermal Solution 規劃，包含可行性評估、效能分析及成本估算。
3. 使用 FloTHERM / Ansys Icepak 建立熱模型，執行熱模擬分析與設計優化。
4. 規劃並執行產品熱測試與驗證，分析 Thermal Performance、進行 Root Cause Analysis，並推動問題改善。
5. 建立及維護 Thermal 相關技術文件，包括 PTS、Thermal Test Plan、Thermal Design Guide 等。
6. 與跨功能研發團隊合作，並研究與評估新型散熱技術、材料及 Thermal Solution，推動未來產品應用

English

1. Responsible for the design and optimization of active and passive cooling solutions for smart device products.
2. Participate in RFP/RFQ-stage thermal solution planning, including feasibility assessment, performance evaluation, and cost estimation.
3. Build thermal models and perform thermal simulation, analysis, and design optimization using FloTHERM / Ansys Icepak.
4. Plan and execute thermal testing and validation, analyze thermal performance, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and drive issue resolution and improvement.
5. Develop and maintain thermal-related technical documentation, including PTS, Thermal Test Plans, and Thermal Design Guides.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to research and evaluate new thermal technologies, materials, and thermal solutions for future product applications.

• 機械工程、航太工程或其他相關工程領域 大學以上學歷 ，碩士尤佳。
• 5 年以上 Thermal / Thermal Design / Thermal Engineering 相關工作經驗 。
• 熟悉 Heat Transfer、Thermal Management、Cooling Solution Design 等相關技術。
• 具備 FloTHERM / Ansys Icepak 熱模型建立及模擬分析實務經驗。
• 熟悉 Thermal Test、Measurement、Validation 相關流程及設備。
• 具備電子零組件及其 Thermal Characteristics 的相關知識。
• 具備良好的問題分析與解決能力，能與跨功能團隊合作處理複雜技術問題。
• 具備良好的 Multi-tasking / Project Management 能力，可同時管理多項專案及工作優先順序。
• 具備良好的 中英文溝通及簡報能力 。
• 可配合工作需求出差。

English

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering , or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant thermal engineering experience .
• Strong knowledge of heat transfer, thermal management, and cooling solution design .
• Hands-on experience with FloTHERM and/or Ansys Icepak for thermal model development and simulation.
• Practical experience in thermal testing, measurement, and validation.
• Good understanding of electronic components and their thermal characteristics .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple engineering functions.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced product development environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin .
• Willingness to travel when required.

This is more than a thermal testing role. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of thermal engineering from Concept / RFP / RFQ through Simulation, Validation, and Product Implementation .

• Take end-to-end ownership of thermal solution development for smart devices.
• Solve challenging thermal and cooling design problems.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Explore and evaluate emerging cooling technologies.
• Directly influence product architecture and performance through simulation and hands-on validation .
