  • Policy discipline: uphold company procedures, objectives, and standards.
  • Talent pipeline: hire, staff, train, and develop employees to scale capability.
  • Safety mindset: enforce OSHA requirements and PPE usage; model safe behaviors.
  • Execution control: confirm mold changes, first-piece approvals, last-shot records, production entries, process verifications, training documentation, and standardized work are correct and current.
  • 5S stewardship: sustain order, cleanliness, and visual control across all areas.
  • KPI focus: track safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, scrap, and attendance; drive corrective action plans.
  • Lean improvements: reduce waste, stabilize processes, and lift performance using Lean methods.
  • Issue resolution: partner with Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Engineering to prevent and remove roadblocks.
  • People results: coach, develop, and hold the team to performance and behavioral expectations.
  • Plant-wide alignment: support targets for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
