Thermoplastic (TP) Road Marking Painter

We are looking for a skilled and experienced TP Road Marking Painter to carry out road marking activities, including the application of thermoplastic paint on roads, streets, parking areas, and other designated surfaces. Candidates with experience in housing societies or road construction projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply thermoplastic road markings on roads, streets, intersections, and parking areas.
• Carry out road marking work for lane lines, pedestrian crossings, arrows, stop lines, and other road symbols.
• Operate and handle thermoplastic road marking machines and related equipment.
• Prepare road surfaces before applying thermoplastic markings.
• Ensure proper alignment, thickness, visibility, and durability of road markings.
• Follow approved drawings, layouts, and road marking specifications.
• Maintain road marking tools, machines, and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow traffic management procedures and workplace safety guidelines during road marking operations.
• Coordinate with the site supervisor to complete assigned work within the required time.
• Ensure the quality and neatness of all completed road marking activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in thermoplastic road marking or similar road marking work.
• Practical knowledge of thermoplastic paint application, road marking machines, and surface preparation.
• Experience in road construction projects or housing societies will be preferred.
• Ability to understand basic road marking layouts and measurements.
• Knowledge of traffic safety procedures and the proper handling of equipment.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
