Third In Charge - Whangarei

Hallensteins Rotorua is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Part Time Third In Charge to join our team.

We are looking for a candidate with full availability to work the shifts below:

Monday: Full availability
Friday: Full availability
Saturday: 9am-3:15pm

About the RoleAs our 3IC, you'll be the glue between the team and store leadership, trusted to keep things running when the manager or assistant manager isn't around. Whether you're owning the floor, pushing targets, or making sure the store looks sharp and stock is flowing, you'll be central to the action.In this role, you’ll:

• Run the floor and drive a strong sales culture on every shift
• Support with opening and closing the store, cash handling, and daily operations
• Back the team to hit targets and deliver standout service
• Keep visual merchandising on point and stock levels in check
• Lead with energy, positivity, and purpose, even when the pace picks up

You'll set the tone for your team and lead with confidence, bringing your A-game to every shift. This isn't just about keeping things ticking. It's about raising the bar.

About YouYou're already killing it on the sales floor and are ready for more responsibility. You've got an eye for detail, a head for numbers, and a natural way of getting people fired up and performing at their best.

• Know your way around stock, systems, and visual merchandising
• Have top-notch communication skills and a great attitude
• Are flexible and reliable, with availability across weekdays and weekends
