Third Party Operator ( Invoices Processor)

· Ensure all documents are assigned and properly filed and kept.

o Record accountable documents /forms and other pertinent documents under Isla LPG Corporation.

o Issue accountable forms to customers upon required.

o Religiously monitor in and out movements of filled and empty Solane cylinders with proper documentation and analysis.

Religiously monitor all lorry discrepancies and variances.

· Authorized NAV System User

o Invoicing of Packed and Bulk withdrawals.

o Sending emails with timely follow ups, analyzing blocked/Stop Gas and delayed releasing of Packed and Bulk orders.

o Daily End of Day Reports

• Depot Inventories (Filled/Empty Cylinders)

• Depot Inventories (Bulk Storage)

• LPG Storage Tanks Reading Record

• In/Out cylinder NAV movements report

• Packed Daily LPG Activity Production Report

• Safe Note Printouts with daily validations

• Daily postings of payable checks to ILC with correct details based from CDSS and CCSS

• Daily issuance of bank deposit slips and teller less deposit pick-ups.

• Daily Production Report

Other works related and not limited to

Qualifications:

College degree of any course

knowledgeable in invoices, Delivery receipts, documentation etc

readily available

Pay: Php700.00 per day
