Threat Hunter

We're looking for an experienced Threat Hunter to join a leading organization and take a key role in proactively identifying, investigating, and mitigating advanced cyber threats across large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform proactive Threat Hunting activities to identify suspicious and malicious activity.
• Investigate and analyze cyber security events and incidents.
• Analyze logs, network traffic, and endpoint activity.
• Work with SIEM and EDR platforms as part of daily security operations.
• Leverage Threat Intelligence and security data to improve threat detection capabilities.
• Perform network traffic analysis using tools such as Wireshark.
• Produce technical documentation, reports, and security-related documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Cyber Security experience (SOC, Information Security, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, or Penetration Testing).
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Splunk.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and communication protocols such as HTTP, SSH, SMTP, and FTP.
• Experience investigating cyber security incidents and working alongside response teams.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience working with databases.
• Familiarity with Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management.
• Experience writing technical documentation and network architecture documentation.
• Strong ability to work independently.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments- advantage.

Advantages:

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with network traffic analysis tools such as Wireshark.
• Experience writing technical documentation, security reports, and network architecture diagrams.
