Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain document templates, layouts, and Business Objects (BO) using Thunderhead/SMARTCOMM.
• Configure Thunderhead tools and deploy packages across Development, Testing, and Production environments.
• Maintain the DOM Repository and develop SQL (DB2) scripts for document metadata creation and updates.
• Perform unit testing using Xray and validate APIs/Web Services using SOAPUI or Postman.
• Work closely with designers, system integrators, and support teams in an Agile environment.
• Ensure high-quality document automation and output management solutions.
