TI Nursery/Field Supervisor

Qualifications :

College Degree preferably Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or any related courses

Good in communication, able to multitask and supervise

Possess good interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and ensure availability of materials for key activities in nurseries such as, but not limited to planting, pollination, and harvesting

Assist in data capture and note-taking via EZcapture, Assist in counting of final plot

Standcount (NWSUB) prior to leaf sampling

Assist in leaf sampling needed in genotyping individual plants in nurseries

Planning of weekly and daily activities and presentation during the weekly plan meeting especially in field activities

Coordinate HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) concern(s) to Operation Crew Lead duringthe weekly plan meeting

Coordinate daily or weekly workforce requests to Operation Crew Lead.

Know how to delegate and supervise.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Maintain elevated level of customer service

Render other duties as assigned
