TIBCO EBX Developer

Job Title: TIBCO EBX / MDM Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced TIBCO EBX / MDM Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the TIBCO EBX platform and a solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for existing TIBCO EBX applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, workflows, application functionality, and system performance.
• Analyze production issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve incidents and support business requirements.
• Monitor application performance and ensure the stability and availability of EBX-based solutions.
• Work independently and manage assigned incidents/issues within defined timelines.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO EBX.
• Good understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and practices.
• Experience in application/production L2 support.
• Knowledge of data quality and EBX workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues.
• Willingness to work in early morning and late evening shifts as required.

Preferred

• Experience supporting enterprise MDM applications in a production environment.
• Knowledge of SQL, data governance, and incident/problem management will be an advantage.
