Ticket Office Agent

We want motivated, outgoing sales-driven team members who can bring the energy to our front lines! As a Ticket Office Employee, your main objective is to drive revenue by actively selling daily lift tickets, rentals, ski lessons, and—most importantly—up-selling guests on Kelly Canyon Season Passes. You will be the welcoming, friendly face at the window with the charisma to pitch pass upgrades, highlight season perks (like buddy passes and partner resort days), and convince day-ticket buyers that buying a season pass is the best move they'll make all winter.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Season Pass Sales: Confidently pitch, cross-sell, and close Season Passes and multi-day packages to window guests. Know our pass tiers, payment plans, and perks inside and out.
• High-Volume Ticket Sales: Fast-track daily lift ticket, night skiing, rental, and lesson sales using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Friendly Guest Interaction: Keep the energy high, greet every guest warmly, answer mountain and trail questions, and create a hype, welcoming atmosphere at the window line.
• Passholder Onboarding: Capture pass photos, process customer profiles, print pass cards, and make sure all safety waivers are executed properly.
• Cash & POS Accuracy: Maintain precise cash drawer control, accurately balance daily sales settlements, and handle credit transactions seamlessly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Outgoing, persuasive personality with a high-energy attitude and strong sales mindset.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or high-volume cash handling is a strong plus.
• Ability to learn POS ticketing software quickly and execute transactions with high accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where upselling and guest engagement are key performance drivers.
• Reliable winter transportation to Kelly Canyon Resort.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts (for night skiing).
