  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ticketing system troubleshooting, working with the software vendor as needed
  • Manage promotional ticket programs, comps, and third-party ticket sales channels (e.g., SeatGeek, StubHub; FEVO)
  • Assist with box office operations on game days, including staffing, will-call, cash handling, and customer service at the point of sale
  • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising part-time/seasonal box office and ticket-taking staff
  • Partner with the sales team to build and price new ticket packages, theme nights, and group outings
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and any applicable state/local ticketing regulations
  • Support other departments (marketing, finance, corporate partnerships) with ticketing data and reporting as needed

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2 years of experience in ticket operations, box office management, or a related field, ideally within sports or live entertainment
  • Experience with a major ticketing platform (Archtics, Tickets.com, AudienceView, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Supervisory experience managing part-time or seasonal staff
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and all home game dates during the season
