Responsibilities:

• Flight Reservations & Ticketing: Make domestic and international flight reservations for clients.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly to clients' enquiries regarding flights, fares, schedules, and bookings.
• Booking Management: Monitor and manage existing reservations.
• Fare & Payment Management: Compare available fares and provide suitable options to clients.
• Travel Documentation: Verify passenger names, passport details, travel dates, destinations, and other relevant information.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly ticketing and sales reports.
• Airline & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with airlines, travel suppliers, and booking platforms when necessary.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Follow company ticketing procedures and airline rules.
• Sales & Business Development: Identify opportunities to promote the company's ticketing and travel services.
