TICKETING AGENT (CALL CENTER)

Cebu City | On-site | Up to ₱26,000/month | Full-time

Join our Ticketing account and assist customers with ticket bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other ticketing-related concerns. No BPO experience is required!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ticket bookings and reservations
• Check ticket availability, fares, and booking policies
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests
• Provide information about schedules, fares, and ticketing procedures
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Update booking details and document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Meet quality and customer service standards

Qualifications

• No BPO experience required
• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College graduates and undergraduates are welcome
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Good attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
