Ticketing & Reservation

About the role

The main responsibility of this position will be airline ticketing and flight-related operations. During periods when ticketing workload is lower, the candidate will also support the Operations Team with daily tour and group operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handling airline ticket reservations and ticketing
• Making new reservations, amendments, reissues and cancellations
• Checking flight schedules, availability, fares and ticketing conditions
• Following up on ticketing deadlines and payment deadlines
• Preparing and maintaining passenger and flight lists
• Coordinating flight changes, cancellations and schedule updates
• Communicating with airlines, consolidators and ticketing suppliers
• Checking tickets and passenger details carefully to avoid errors
• Following up on refunds, reissues and other ticketing-related matters
• Maintaining accurate ticketing records and documentation

About you

• Previous experience in airline ticketing / travel agency / tourism operations
• Good knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing procedures
• Experience with a GDS or airline reservation system is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of fares, ticketing rules, reissues, cancellations and refunds
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet ticketing deadlines
• Good organizational and time-management skills
