Ticketing Consultant

Job Description:

v Prepare airline itineraries, calculate fares and share quotations

v Make reservation – issue, reissue and refund tickets (domestic & international)

v Provide customer support and advice to corporate and retail customers on schedules, routes and travel policies

Requirements:

v Intermediate/ Bachelor in Commerce (B. Com)

v Expert command over Galileo GDS and NDC (routing, fare pricing, issuance, auto re-issuance/ refund, manual masking re-issuance/ refund)

v Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in the role of “Ticketing Consultant”

v Confident and good communication skills
