About the Role

Travel Luxis is looking for a Ticketing Executive with knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GDS platforms such as Galileo and Travelport/Travel Code, along with a basic understanding of airline ticketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.
• Make new bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
• Work on GDS systems such as Galileo and other ticketing tools.
• Check flight availability, fares, schedules, and fare rules.
• Issue tickets accurately and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, travel partners, and internal teams for ticketing requirements.
• Handle booking modifications and resolve ticketing-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.

Required Skills

• Basic to good knowledge of Galileo GDS.
• Knowledge of Travel Code / Travelport or similar ticketing tools.
• Understanding of airline reservations and ticketing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of fare rules, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple bookings.
• Freshers with relevant training/certification may also be considered.

Eligibility

• Experience: 0–1 year in airline ticketing/travel operations.
• Candidates with hands-on GDS experience will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
