General Descriptions / Job Summary

Follow up with Clients after sending options for ticket issuance
Coordinate with Airlines/Suppliers to provide solution for complication itineraries / reissues / refunds
Follow the airline / country related policies, fare rules and internal SOP and guidelines
Specific Duties / Responsibilities
Provide travel options and follow up with clients for issuance
Cross sell other ancillary products
Ensure all SOPs are followed
Ensure PLB carriers are sold on priority
Ensure all billings are done on daily basis
Performs any other tasks assigned in the interest of the organization
