Hiring: Ticketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Core Ticketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in domestic & international airline reservations and ticketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight reservations, PNR creation & ticket issuance.
• Manage reissues, cancellations, refunds, voids & date changes.
• Check fares, availability, routing and airline fare rules.
• Handle urgent and complex ticketing requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, consolidators & internal teams.
• Manage SSRs, baggage, meals and seat requests.
• Maintain accurate records and minimize ticketing errors/ADMs.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of core travel-agency ticketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo (Travelport) / Sabre — at least one mandatory.
• Good understanding of fare rules, reissue & refund procedures.
• International ticketing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
• Airline BPO/call-centre-only profiles are not preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
