Ticketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle Domestic & International flight booking and ticketing.
• Check flight availability, fares, schedules and applicable airline rules.
• Handle ticket issuance, cancellation, reissue, rescheduling and refunds.
• Coordinate with customers, airlines, travel partners and internal teams.
• Provide timely booking confirmations and travel-related information to clients.
• Maintain accurate ticketing records and update booking details in the CRM/system.
• Assist the team in resolving ticketing and booking-related queries.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers with Travel & Tourism education are welcome.
• 1–3 years of experience in airline ticketing/travel operations preferred.
• Graduate/Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality or related field.
• Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or other GDS is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of airline fares, baggage rules, cancellation and reissue policies.
• Good English & Hindi communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM.
• Good attention to detail, customer handling and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced Tour & Travel environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
