Ticketing Executive

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and efficient Ticketing Executive to handle domestic and international flight bookings, itinerary planning, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GDS and strong knowledge of airline fare structures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Flight Bookings: Handle domestic & international ticketing, re-issue, re-validation, refund, and cancellation.

GDS Handling: Proficient in working on Amadeus .

Customer Service: Provide best fare options, flight schedules, and travel solutions to customers / corporate clients.

Fare Knowledge: Knowledge of airline fare rules, baggage policies, and visa requirements.

Coordination: Coordinate with airlines for seat confirmation, special assistance, and group bookings.

Payments & Reports: Maintain ticketing reports, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Any Degree / Diploma in Travel & Tourism is an added advantage.

1-3 years of experience as a Ticketing Executive in a travel agency / airline.

Excellent knowledge of GDS (Amadeus is mandatory).

Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Customer-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
