Ticketing Executive

We are hiring an experienced Ticketing Executive to independently manage flight reservations and customer enquiries. Candidates must have hands-on experience in air ticketing and a strong understanding of airline fares and booking procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight enquiries and reservations.
• Compare fares and prepare suitable travel itineraries.
• Explain fare conditions, baggage allowances and travel schedules clearly.
• Coordinate with airlines and customers regarding bookings.
• Maintain accurate booking records and follow up on pending requests.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in air ticketing is essential.
• Working knowledge of airline reservation systems or GDS platforms.
• Strong understanding of airline fares and booking procedures.
• Good communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle reservations independently with accuracy.
