Hiring: Ticketing Executive US Travel

GDS: Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end ticketing and backend operations for the US Travel market.
• Manage flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations, refunds, itinerary and related ticketing activities.
• Work on GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Provide limited voice support as part of the blended process.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline and ticketing policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve booking and ticketing-related queries.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant ticketing experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in the US Travel market.
• Strong working knowledge of at least one GDS: Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Good understanding of US routing, fares, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
• Comfortable working in a 90% backend + 10% voice process.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work Work from Office in Gurugram.
