Ticketing Manager

About the role

Ticketing Manager position leading ticketing operations and travel reservation services. The role involves managing domestic and international flight ticket issuance, reservation processes, and overseeing a ticketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire reservation process and issuance of domestic and international flight tickets
• Ensure booking, issuance, reissue, refund, void, and reschedule processes run accurately according to airline regulations
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the ticketing team
• Control selling price, service fee, margin, transactions, and sales reports
• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and travel partners
• Handle complex ticketing issues and customer complaints
• Develop SOPs and ensure achievement of operational and business targets

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Tourism, Travel Business, Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ticketing/travel agent field
• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial position
• Proficiency in at least one GDS system such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo/Travelport
• Understanding of domestic and international ticketing, fare rules, fare calculation, refund, reissue, and reschedule
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and prepare operational and sales reports
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Thorough, honest, disciplined, responsible, and service and target-oriented
• Able to work independently and in a team
