Ticketing Operations Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Ticketing Operations Associate based in Brazil. This is a fully remote role supporting the smooth fulfillment of live event ticket orders in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.

You will step in when automated processes require human intervention, ensuring customers receive their tickets accurately and on time.

The role involves resolving ticket transfer issues, researching order and buyer information, and coordinating directly with ticket marketplaces.

You will work across both routine and high-pressure situations, particularly during major sporting and live event periods.

Success in this position requires speed, precision, organization, and the ability to stay focused while managing multiple urgent requests.

You will play a critical role in preventing fulfillment issues from impacting customers and ensuring every order reaches its destination.

No prior ticketing experience is required, making this an opportunity for a dependable and resourceful professional to build experience in a dynamic operational environment.

Accountabilities

• Ticket Fulfillment: Step in when automated processes fail by locating tickets, identifying buyer information, and completing ticket transfers manually to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Open, manage, and follow up on support cases with Ticketmaster to investigate and resolve technical issues affecting ticket fulfillment.
• Marketplace Coordination: Handle calls and communications with ticket marketplaces to troubleshoot fulfillment problems, coordinate solutions, and keep orders moving toward successful delivery.
• Order Accuracy: Monitor ticket deliveries closely and take proactive action to ensure every ticket reaches the customer within the required timeframe, with no avoidable delays.
• High-Pressure Operations: Respond quickly and accurately to urgent requests during high-traffic event periods, maintaining focus and operational quality when demand increases significantly.

Requirements

• Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple time-sensitive tasks and ticket orders.
• Reliability: Dependable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned tasks and ensuring successful ticket fulfillment.
• Computer Skills: Comfortable and confident using computers, navigating multiple systems quickly, and learning new tools and workflows with minimal guidance.
• Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers, marketplaces, and support teams.
• Problem-Solving: Resourceful and comfortable investigating issues, finding solutions, and taking action independently when automated processes do not work as expected.
• Adaptability: Able to remain calm, focused, and effective when handling multiple urgent requests during busy live-event periods.
• Experience: No previous ticketing or industry-specific experience is required; a proactive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are more important.
• Availability: Willingness to work 5 days per week, including weekend evening shifts, with approximately 10–15 hours on weekends and 15–20 hours during the working week.

Benefits

• Salary: USD $1,000–$1,800 gross per month.
