Ticketing Staff

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as Ticketing Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for processing airline and travel bookings, assisting customers with ticket-related inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of ticketing functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of ticketing systems, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets in accordance with company policies and airline regulations.
• Verify booking accuracy including passenger information, flight schedules, and payment confirmation.
• Handle modifications and cancellations based on customer requests.
• Assist customers with inquiries, changes, and special requests, providing exceptional service.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding bookings, prices, and policies.
• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo for booking and managing reservations.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date transaction records.
• Liaise with airlines to resolve issues such as scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and rebookings.
• Process customer payments for ticketing and related services.
• Maintain organized records of all ticket transactions.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Business or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Proficient in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
