What they need
- Melakukan reservasi tiket transportasi perjalanan (Pesawat, Kereta, dll.)
- Melakukan proses refund, reschedule, reroute, reissue dll.
- Melakukan monitoring pengajuan pemesanan tiket via sistem dan e-mail
- Melakukan rekap dan pelaporan penjualan/transaksi harian unit.
- Menangani keluhan dan menyelesaikan permasalahan pelanggan
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Pendidikan min. D-IV/S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan jurusan pariwisata, manajemen pariwisata, atau manajemen transportasi udara (Lulusan SMK Pariwisata dengan pengalaman kerja profesional di bidang Ticketing akan dipertimbangkan)
- Pengalaman sebagai Ticketing Staff min. 1 tahun
- Berpengalaman dalam mengoperasikan GDS (Global Distribution System), berpengalaman dalam mengoperasikan Amadeus Altéa/Sabre menjadi nilai tambah
- Memiliki sikap Customer-oriented
- Bersedia untuk lembur di luar jam kerja (paid overtime)
