Ticketing Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Handle ticket sales, including schedule changes (reissues).
2. Provide accurate information to passengers regarding fares, policies, and procedures.
3. Issue supporting documents such as excess baggage, MCO, and FIM.
4. Be on standby at the check-in area to assist with ticket purchases and excess baggage matters.
5. Deliver professional and friendly customer service to ensure passenger satisfaction in all ticket-related processes.

Qualifications:

1. Min. high school graduate or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
2. Experience as Ticketing Staff in aviation / ground handling will be prioritized.
3. Previous experience with reservation system such as Amadeus, Altea, Sabre, etc.
4. Able to communicate using English efficiently (will be demonstrated during assessment day).
5. Proficiency in other foreign languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, etc. would be advantageous.
6. Excellent customer-centric and can-do personality with deep values in honesty and integrity.
7. Willing to work in a 24-hours rotational shift and placed at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
