Position: TIG Fabricator / Boilermaker
Location: Melbourne, Victoria – Day Shift

Hourly Rate: $55.00 + super, overtime and $27 daily travel allowance

Are you an experienced TIG Fabricator or Boilermaker with strong stainless-steel welding skills?

TRS Resourcing is seeking skilled tradespeople for ongoing workshop-based fabrication work in Melbourne. This opportunity suits candidates experienced in precision TIG welding who can confidently interpret drawings and produce high-quality stainless-steel components.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel
• Fabricate and assemble stainless-steel components
• Read, interpret and work from engineering drawings
• Measure, mark out, cut, fit and finish components accurately
• Organise and prioritise your workload
• Work independently while meeting quality and safety standards
• Complete general fabrication and mechanical tasks as required

What We Require

• Trade qualification in Boilermaking, Fabrication or Welding
• Demonstrated TIG welding experience
• Strong experience working with stainless steel
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• References from at least two previous employers
• Melbourne-based applicants
• Valid Australian working rights
