If you have foundational welding knowledge, experience from trade school, or some TIG welding experience, we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and hands-on support to help you sharpen your skills and build a long-term career.

Available Shifts

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

• ️ Current production schedule may include 6–7 days per week.

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on a variety of parts and products
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Operate TIG welding equipment, tools, and foot pedals
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Work closely with the production team to keep operations running efficiently
• Follow established safety and quality procedures

✅ What We're Looking For

Experience:

• 1–2 years of TIG welding experience OR equivalent welding trade school training

Required Skills:

• Specific experience using a welding foot pedal
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic understanding of welding principles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Welding certificate or degree preferred, but not required
