Tik Tok Assistant Manager

Region: Malaysia & Singapore
Brands: Multi-Brand (COROS, BMAI & Future Brands)

Responsibilities:

1. TikTok Channel Management

• Own the overall TikTok Shop business across Malaysia and Singapore, including GMV, traffic growth, conversion, and profitability.
• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly growth strategies to achieve business targets.

2. Livestream Operations

• Develop and execute TikTok Live strategies, including livestream planning, product assortment, sales scripts, promotional mechanics, and performance optimization.
• Manage, coach, and evaluate livestream hosts to continuously improve content quality, conversion rates, and sales performance.

3. Affiliate & Platform Partnership

• Recruit, develop, and manage affiliates, creators, MCNs, and TSP partners to build a high-performing affiliate ecosystem.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok account managers and platform partners to maximize platform resources, campaign opportunities, and business growth.

4. Content & Performance Marketing

• Develop TikTok content strategies and oversee the production of high-performing short-form videos to drive organic growth and sales conversion.
• Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok Shop Ads (GMV Max, Video Shopping Ads, LIVE Ads, etc.) to improve ROAS, customer acquisition, and overall business performance.

5. Campaign & Product Planning

• Lead product launches, platform campaigns (9.9, 11.11, 12.12, etc.), and seasonal promotions to maximize sales performance.
• Collaborate with product and supply chain teams to ensure effective product assortment, pricing, and inventory planning.

6. Shop Operations & Performance Analysis

• Oversee daily TikTok Shop operations and ensure operational excellence across all brands.
• Monitor key business metrics, including GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, livestream, affiliate, and content performance, and implement data-driven improvements.

7. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Monitor TikTok trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and implement best practices.

8. Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the TikTok team, including livestream operations, affiliate management, content, advertising, and channel operations.
• Establish SOPs, KPIs, and performance standards to drive execution excellence and business growth.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in TikTok E-commerce, with a proven track record of growing TikTok Shop businesses.
• Strong understanding of the entire TikTok ecosystem, including TikTok Shop, Livestream, Affiliate, Short-form Content, Performance Marketing, and Shop Operations.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop Ads, including GMV Max, Video Shopping Ads (VSA), LIVE Ads, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business metrics such as GMV, ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, and AOV to drive business decisions.
• Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sports, footwear, fashion, FMCG, beauty, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
