TikTok Admin (internship)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing content briefs for TikTok and other social media platforms based on current trends.
2. Assist in uploading and managing TikTok content, including captions, hashtags, and product links.
3. Monitor TikTok trends, comments, and basic engagement performance.
4. Create simple and engaging visual content using Canva.
5. Assist in managing communication with community accounts through WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
6. Forward customer inquiries regarding order issues, complaints, or returns to the appropriate CS/Logistics team according to the established process.
7. Assist in conducting basic research and preparing social media and content-related reports.
8. Perform other administrative and social media support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. High school/vocational school graduate, active university student, or fresh graduate.
2. Familiar with TikTok trends and basic TikTok features, and familiar with Instagram and Facebook.
3. Comfortable using Canva to create neat, clear, and engaging visual content.
4. Basic research and data entry/reporting skills.
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
6. Responsive, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
7. Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
