Job Overview

KStechverse is looking for responsible and motivated TikTok Affiliate Creators to promote products for our US-based brands. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for individuals who enjoy creating short-form video content and hosting TikTok LIVE streams.

We will provide you with a TikTok account and product samples to help you create promotional content. Your videos and LIVE streams will be tracked to measure the sales they generate.

You will earn 10% commission on every qualifying sale attributed to your promotional content.

Important: This role requires consistency, accountability, and the ability to follow an assigned content schedule. We are looking for people who take their responsibilities seriously and can meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging TikTok videos promoting our products.
• Host TikTok LIVE streams to showcase products, answer viewer questions, and encourage purchases.
• Follow the assigned posting schedule and LIVE streaming timetable.
• Use the provided TikTok account and product samples for promotional activities.
• Create authentic, engaging content that attracts viewers and drives sales.
• Follow brand guidelines and content instructions.
• Maintain consistent communication with the team regarding progress and performance.
• Meet all assigned deadlines and content targets.
• Review content performance and work toward improving engagement and sales.

Requirements

• Must be responsible, reliable, and self-motivated.

• Must strictly follow assigned timelines and deadlines.
• Must have good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Must be willing to learn about products and present them effectively.
• Must be focused on generating sales, not just views or likes.

Compensation and Earnings

This is a commission-based position.

• Commission rate: 10% per qualifying sale.
• Sales generated through your assigned videos and LIVE streams will be tracked.
• Commission eligibility and payment timing will be explained during onboarding.

Your earnings will depend on the number and value of qualifying sales you generate. There is no fixed salary for this role unless separately agreed upon in writing.

Work Schedule and Expectations

This is a remote position with assigned posting and LIVE streaming schedules.

Successful candidates must:

• Follow the agreed-upon work timeline.
• Publish content and host LIVE streams consistently.
• Communicate promptly with the team.
• Take ownership of their assigned responsibilities.
• Notify the team in advance if they cannot meet a scheduled commitment.
