Tiktok Business Development

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with 1–3 years of experience in TikTok KOL/Influencer Marketing, preferably in the Indonesian market or pet industry.
2. Fluent in English and/or Indonesian, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Strong skills in planning, project management, business negotiation, and cross-functional coordination.
4. Data-driven and result-oriented, with the ability to analyze ROI and optimize campaign performance.
5. Target-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Leadership experience and overseas brand development background are a plus.

Job Description:

1. Support KOL/influencer partnerships and monthly performance targets for the Indonesian TikTok pet product market.
2. Source, connect with, and maintain relationships with KOLs, KOCs, live streamers, content creators, and local MCNs.
3. Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, including negotiation, product delivery, content review, and posting schedules.
4. Coordinate with local teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of KOL-related tasks.
5. Monitor influencer GMV, ROI, marketing costs, and campaign performance to support business profitability.
6. Support influencer campaigns, product launches, promotional events, and local seasonal campaigns.
7. Monitor TikTok trends, platform policies, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and compliance risks.
8. Monitor product inventory and adjust influencer content and live-stream schedules to optimize marketing resources.
