TikTok Channel Executive

About the role

Own TikTok as a revenue channel — run TikTok Shop, the affiliate creator program and the weekly LIVE schedule, with direct accountability for GMV.

Key responsibilities

• Run TikTok Shop end-to-end — listings, pricing, promotions and campaign participation.
• Recruit and manage affiliate creators on the 15–20% commission programme.
• Own and run the weekly LIVE schedule — hosts, product line-ups and offers.
• Drive direct GMV — monitor conversion, basket size and refund rates.
• Plan participation in platform campaigns (payday sales, double-date campaigns).
• Deliver the weekly channel report — GMV, commission cost and net revenue.

About you

• Hands-on TikTok Shop seller center experience — listings, promotions, order and stock management.
• Has run or coordinated LIVE selling sessions, including host and product line-up planning.
• Worked with affiliate or creator commission programs.
• Comfortable being measured on GMV, not on views or followers.
• Working knowledge of TikTok Shop seller policy and campaign mechanics.
• Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and spoken.
• Confident with spreadsheets — able to build the weekly GMV and commission report unaided.
