• Create and produce engaging TikTok content aligned with the brand identity, trends, and target audience.
• Develop creative content ideas, concepts, scripts, and storyboards for TikTok.
• Handle content shooting and basic video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or other editing tools.
• Create visually appealing content with a strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Assist in fashion styling and product presentation for content production.
• Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, formats, sounds, and content styles to develop relevant and engaging content.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and social media teams to execute content plans.
• Monitor content performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Communication, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in TikTok content creation, social media, or a related creative role is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, content formats, and audience behavior.
• Good understanding of fashion styling, visual presentation, and product styling.
• Good knowledge of typography, visual composition, and basic graphic design principles.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable being involved in on-camera content production when required.
• Portfolio or examples of TikTok/social media content are required.
