Position Overview

We're looking for a creative, motivated, and highly coachable TikTok Shop Content Creator Assistant to join our team in Tampa, FL.

Your primary responsibility will be helping us recreate the style, structure, and energy of two successful TikTok Shop creators:

We're looking for someone who can study successful videos, break down what makes them engaging, and help us produce similar content with our own products, personalities, and original footage.

You'll work directly with Chico Guerra, an official TikTok Partner, creating short-form product videos designed to generate views, engagement, and sales.

We've worked with major brands including Uber, DoorDash, Rocket Money, Grammarly, Fubo, Canva, and many others.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys TikTok, understands viral content, and wants to learn how to create videos that actually sell products.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and recreate successful TikTok Shop content inspired by @bennettfinds and @dealswithty.
• Identify effective hooks, product demonstrations, camera angles, pacing, and presentation styles.
• Help script, plan, and batch record TikTok Shop videos with Chico.
• Film product demonstrations, reactions, and engaging short-form advertisements.
• Research trending TikTok Shop products and successful video formats.
• Bring fresh video ideas based on what's currently performing on TikTok.
• Assist with lighting, camera setup, product preparation, and filming.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
• Work efficiently to produce a high volume of quality content.

Qualifications

• Must understand the content styles of @bennettfinds and @dealswithty or be capable of learning and recreating them.
• Actively creating content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of what makes short-form videos engaging.
• Comfortable filming videos and potentially appearing on camera.
• Creative, resourceful, and able to execute ideas without constant supervision.
• Highly coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Able to study reference videos and recreate their structure with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to experiment.
• Must be available to work in person in Tampa, FL.

TikTok Shop experience is a major plus, but not required. We're more interested in someone who understands content creation, learns quickly, and can consistently execute.
