TikTok Content Creator

Lychee Gems (Lychee Crystal & Lychoria Diamonds ) is a fast-growing leader in the crystal/jewelry retail space. We specialize in precious & semi-precious stones, 925 sterling jewelry, and fine mineral specimens. We've built a loyal community through our vibrant live-stream shopping experiences via TikTok. We're now expanding our team and looking to hire a dedicated TikTok content creator who is looking to grow in the retail gem & jewelry space.

Location: 14 W Forest Ave, Englewood, NJ 07631 (on-site)

Job Description: We're seeking a creative and reliable TikTok content creator to film, edit, and post short-form videos that showcase our crystals and jewelry, grow our audience, and drive viewers to our livestreams. This role is approximately 4 hours per day.

Content Creator Key Responsibilities:

• Film, edit, and post short-form videos for our TikTok Shop accounts.
• Showcase products with accurate details (training available).
• Create content that promotes upcoming livestreams and drives sales.
• Stay up to date on TikTok trends, sounds, and formats.
• Track video performance (views, engagement, followers) and adjust content based on results.
• Work with hosts and organizers on content ideas and posting schedule.

Qualifications:

• Content creation experience on TikTok or YouTube required.
• Experience creating commercial, retail, or sales content preferred.
• The ideal candidate is creative, trend-aware, and comfortable both on and behind the camera.
• Passion for gemstones and jewelry.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet posting deadlines.
• Must be fluent in English; additional languages like Spanish is a plus.

Schedule:

• Approximately 4 hours per day.
• Please note that this is not a seasonal position.
