TikTok Content Creator VA

Job Summary:
We’re after a creative, hands-on Social Media Video Editor to fully own our TikTok presence for a kitchen appliance brand. You’ll plan, edit, and publish scroll-stopping videos that get our products seen by new audiences and drive sales. You’ll excel if you know what makes short-form content go viral and love testing, learning, and improving with each post.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and grow our TikTok account from content creation through posting
• Edit engaging short-form videos from raw footage, product clips, and supplied ideas
• Produce fun, trend-driven, attention-grabbing videos aimed at boosting views and product sales
• Use AI video tools to create extra content quickly and creatively
• Research trending sounds, hashtags, formats, and audience behavior to shape content choices
• Schedule posts for the times the audience is most active
• Adapt and repurpose videos for Instagram Reels and Facebook as the role grows
• Track video performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
• Hit agreed daily content output targets while keeping branding consistent

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience editing short-form videos for TikTok or similar platforms
• Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
• Solid understanding of TikTok trends, hashtags, and what drives organic reach
• Experience running a social media account, including posting and scheduling
• Familiarity with AI video and content creation tools
• Creative eye with strong storytelling and visual sense
• Ability to turn a simple idea into a finished video quickly
• Responsible, focused, and independent
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce, product-based, or TikTok Shop content
• Experience creating content for Instagram Reels and Facebook
• Track record of growing accounts or producing videos with high view counts
• Knowledge of social media analytics and audience targeting
• Ability to recommend content strategy, not just carry out tasks
• Ready to manage several projects at a time
