TikTok E-Commerce Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced TikTok E-Commerce Operations Manager / TikTok Shop Lead to build and grow TikTok e-commerce projects from 0 to 1. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in TikTok Shop, TSP, TAP, livestream, affiliate and e-commerce traffic operations, with a clear understanding of how to drive GMV, traffic and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage TikTok e-commerce operations from 0 to 1.
• Manage TikTok Shop / Seller Center, including shop setup, operations and optimization.
• Develop strategies to grow GMV, traffic, conversion and ROI.
• Manage TikTok e-commerce traffic across content, livestream, affiliate/KOL and paid ads.
• Develop and optimize TikTok Affiliate / Creator collaborations.
• Plan and optimize livestream operations and sales performance.
• Analyze key data including GMV, ROAS, CTR, CVR and traffic sources.
• Build operational SOPs and scalable growth strategies for different brands.

About you

• 2–3 years of TikTok e-commerce / TikTok Shop experience preferred.
• Must have hands-on experience building TikTok e-commerce projects from 0 to 1.
• Strong understanding of TSP and TAP operations.
• Experienced in TikTok Shop, Affiliate, livestream and e-commerce traffic growth.
• Strong understanding of TikTok traffic and conversion logic.
• Data-driven, result-oriented and focused on GMV and ROI growth.
• Experience with brands, agencies, TSPs or TikTok Shop sellers is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of e-commerce projects.
